Pederson Homes was created by BJ Pederson for the purpose of providing clients an inclusive and informed building experience. Working in the real estate industry for 10+ years he saw how new construction clients were often left in the dark through the home building process; Pederson Homes was established to upgrade this new construction building process. Establishing a process to keep clients informed and involved throughout their new construction home build. I am the founder and president of Pederson Homes. Having been in the real estate industry for nearly ten years, I have learned clients are best served with consistent communication and complete transparency. Growing up in a family of carpenters and builders, I learned at a young age there is no room for shortcuts and no substitute for quality. Armed with these lessons, I created this company with a mission to provide a process and product that will leave clients completely satisfied with their decision to build with Pederson Homes. While I am not a thrill seeker, I love challenges and stepping outside of my comfort zone, and I will never turn down an opportunity to learn. With four children, you may catch my wife and I at a cheer competition or wrestling meet; in the summer, you will find us on the Mississippi River enjoying the water. Homes are ever evolving; colors will change, trends will come and go, but Communication, Transparency, and Quality will always remain at the forefront of Pederson Homes.
